Oxygen gas plant is an industrial system for producing oxygen for use in industries and hospitals. It is used for refilling oxygen cylinders that are used in hospitals and industries for running their manufacturing processes. On-site production system for oxygen is very useful for industries as well as for medical institutions for meeting their oxygen requirements. Now, the industries prefer to generate on-site oxygen for better and effective operations as the oxygen supply through cylinders is not reliable. Once oxygen plant installation is done, the hospitals and industries can use as much oxygen as possible to meet their oxygen requirements. And, they will not face any difficulties once they have purchases and commissioned the plant machinery within their premises. Hospitals can generate oxygen and store it in cryogenic oxygen tanks to be used whenever they would require. Oxygen generated in our oxygen machinery has purity up to 99.7%, which is excellent for medical and industrial applications.
Salient features of
oxygen gas plant
- · Advanced technology
- · Fully automated
- · Skid mounted requiring no foundation
- · High purity oxygen
- · High grade stainless steel columns
- · Durable & efficient
- · Sturdy designing
We ensure that our fabricating of oxygen gas plant is
carried out in compliance with international standards. We use materials in the
manufacturing that that meet the standards of per American Society of
Mechanical Engineers (ASME) codes. As a customer-centric company, our business
endeavor is to offer oxygen bottling plants that are reliable, durable, and
efficient and deliver high performance. It is paradoxical that oxygen is mostly
used in the industry and medicine as gas but is stored and transported as
liquid. There are many advantages of storing oxygen as a liquid because it is
cheaper and economic as you can stop leakage.
On the other hand, cryogenic storage is also less expensive and bulky
than the equivalent capacity of high pressure gaseous storage. A storage oxygen
tank comprises of a cryogenic storage tank, one or more vaporizers and a
pressure control system. A pressure control manifold regulates the gas pressure
that is fed to the process or application.
